Wildlife
There is an abundance of wildlife gracing the farm.
Wild turkeys are common site on the fields and many different breeds birds can be seen overhead like loons, geese, ducks and herons due to the farm's proximity to both Upper and Lower Beverly Lakes.
Deer and rabbits are pleasant visitors that often graze on the lush fields. They are skillful harvesters of the crops left behind in fall. One evening we counted 26 deer feasting on beans left behind after a harvest.
