FRONTENAC ARCH BIOSPHERE
Deltawood Farm is located in the Frontenac Arch Biosphere, an area described as "one of the worlds richest natural and cultural heritage places" (source www.frontenacarchbiosphere.ca). Deltawood Farm sits on the edge of the biosphere. Here we have beautiful trails and access to two picturesque lakes framing the town of Delta.

FORTUNE LINE
One side of the farm is bordered by the historic Fortune Line, a trail used in Pioneer times and still accessible. There is a well-kept skidoo trail the crosses the farm coming out of the woods into one field then back into the woods before coming out into the other field. At the other side of this field the trail through the woods lead all the way to Delta and Lower Beverly Lake.

CATARAQUI TRAIL
About 12 km (7 miles) north of Delta is the Cataraqui Trail which leads from Newburgh near Napanee to Smiths Falls. This trail is used by horse enthusiasts, snowmobilers, cyclists and hikers year round. (See www.cataraquitrail.ca for more details.)
